Best way to keep people who use SE during their work period on task: throw "too many requests" errors at people who just browse a few pages.

IMO the data is already badly skewed, pretty sure many did it. My guess? Over 100, maybe much more.

If I was Tim, I'd ditch that survey and send a new one, making sure to pick correct emails this time.

I think 10k mod tools really need some love... undeleting a(n old) question is almost an impossible feat, even commenting to let the "reviewer" know the reason why I voted to undelete is impossible ;_;

@JourneymanGeek We're looking at it. I'm with you that the change isn't great. Trying to better understand it and see what can be done about it. :) Will hopefully have an update soon.

@Catija I noticed that the team is simply putting out changes without posting an announcement in advance or at the time the change was made. Often I see users (including me) asking about the change before there's an announcement, and then a long delay before a staff member eventually responds. Why is that?

@πάνταῥεῖ It used to be that they'd announce the change quickly, and open up answers for bug reports and suggestions. They were busy during those times as well. Obviously something else has changed.

Change in management? Change in company workflow, etc.?

Certainly I don't know the answer, but this "sudden change" is common on many companies
