If the problem is with specific users who can't be helped and considered bad for chat, proper action is permanent chat ban for those users. Not preventing them from creating new rooms or freezing all their rooms.

@Magisch again, the news managed to induce paranoia. While there isn't any data to steal on those machine, if those news were true remote controlling / botnet functionalities wouldn't be to exclude.

@Derpy Well, I don't use any AntiVir software/suite (except, maybe Windows Defender that I can't turn off...). If I'm feeling insecure having much CPU idle time, then I'll use on-demand scanner like TrendMicro's HouseCall...
@Success I would agree that some time ago probably one wouldn't really need a security suite if he knew what he was doing. Problem is that nowadays you are de-facto the victim of any bad choice the site you are browsing has made.
