Oh dear. We moved over to a new set of Elastic code on Friday afternoon and, well, we forgot to deploy the API project to production. That means it was running against an old Elastic index that hasn't been updated since Friday. I just pushed the button to deploy the project and your API request ...

So... I think the most fundamental issue is impulse and emotional control. If I learn to stay calm and not yell "MOMMY" whenever something happens or constantly demand attention, chat will run more smoothly.

The problem is that the matter is vastly more complex than it seems. It's not as simple as it appears.

There have been incremental improvements over the last several years, but they're minimal.
