had a prolific user once demand that I delete all of their posts. Talked to 'em for a while to find out why, and it came out that they'd had a fight with their boyfriend and just wanted to break stuff.

@TheDarkSide yeah, it alerts people about possible spam. Smokey only reports posts in here if they haven't been deleted within 5 minutes of detection, which is pretty rare, so if you're interested in seeing where all the cool stuff happens consider dropping into Charcoal HQ

or if you have too much free time to flag all teh spamz :)

@Elephant you don't necessarily need free time. I just keep a tab open and quickly switch, flag, and go back to whatever I was doing every time some spam comes in

@rene that's pretty on point. But were the close votes before or after he edited? Were these answers before or after the close votes/edits?

@angussidney the close flag was immediate i think, but the edit came in while it was in the queue and handled

I can't really judge that. I'm very much against telling other people how to use their votes.
