I have been thinking ... why not give animals cyber brains - I mean cyber brains are all designed for humans (in the movies), but what if people design cyber brains for animals? It's easy to subscribe to notifications from your own program, it's just a regular websocket connection. (No authorization needed, which of course means you don't get a preview of the message; just the fact that there is a new one.)

If you meant, they are permanent location, then yes (they're based on post ID).

But if you meant, the content won't change, then no, you should refer to the link from revision history instead.
