@bjb568 If you were going for Math/CS combo, UIUC could be a good place. The CS part is well reputed (not that I know much about it), and math just made headlines of some sort. Naturally, a state school with 1200 math majors is not everyone's idea of the perfect academic program...

@πάνταῥεῖ anyway, if you really want to help that guy, his problem is the security of the software, that requires a disk to run. Many programs do that to prevent illegal downloads.
So whatever he downloaded is not meant to be downloaded.
