Is the rep cap per day calculated ordered by time? So if I have 10 answers that are accepted first, and then get 6 upvotes on an answer, is the 6th upvote capped? But if I get 2 accepts later, the rep is pushed to 230?
You can earn a maximum of +200 reputation from upvotes and suggested edits in any given day. Accepted answers and bounties are counted separately (source). Reputation "lost" from the reputation cap is not awarded on following days.)

It looks like someone is randomly flagging answers as low quality but this time they picked the wrong one ... the flagger risks being exterminated from the system...
You might want to delete this answer... the answer bit to it is answering the unfixed question, and the rest of it is requesting clarification (you have the comment privilege ;)). — hichris12314 secs ago
@rene long gone... and BTW @Rubi the sandbox is protected, so users with 1 (or 101 with only the association bonus) can't use it. I tried to unprotect is once but Oded insisted on keeping it protected.
