was checking some amino communities to see how they handle posted content.

Seems they don't allow external images and host every picture on they server? I am impressed.

@ShadowWizard I have saw some spots on (think it was Youtube, maybe wikia?) and it is an app that seems to be aimed at creating communities of people with common interests/hobbies/etc

Since open community == everyone post what they want == malware heaven I was looking at how they handle this.

So far, it would seem that they mainly allow to post images - which are hosted on their servers, and links to youtube videos (that will probably use the embedded youtube player) so it seems they should be pretty safe from trolls and such

@Quill no perl room. there are only 4 people with a high enough score to vote on a synonym request, and one would have to propose it, so i don't think it's even possible without a mod or some sneaky re-tagging. maybe i'll post on meta
