@zaq Do you recall a case that was reported on MSE where a single user had casted 400 votes on a small site and there were only 400 posts. All posts had minimal one upvote. I would love to find that MSE post but my searches so far give thousands of posts. I hope you remember on which site it was.
@Shog9 did you investigate or have an opinion about spam upvotes. I ask because I wondered if there might have been a case of spam down votes. I was trying to find some evidence that might make it worthwhile to undelete that question so I could offer that spam upvotes link.
