@soup As Shog said, this exists as of the beginning of May. Since Japan is pretty-much exclusively one time zone, nights and weekends ended up with a string of bumped questions on the hour. Bumping is good, repetitive bumping not so good, so we limited bumping to times when there isn't a bumped post in the previous 5 active posts.

(and as he said, we can look at up to two months of stats for bumping since we implemented that at the same time -- of course, when I say "we" I mean @Shog9 can, because the logs are a fancy hidden thing, but point is that the data exists if we want to look at it)

The only thing preventing Taiwan from having full country status and recognition is politics between China and other countries because trade.

The area that I live in is really popular for Asian tourists, and my highschool hosted international study groups every 3 months-ish, so I got to meet quite a few Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean students.
