Very interesting. Excluding Russian sites, the least SO-overlapping are Civicrm, Judaism, Mathoverflow, Hermeneutics, and Math.

@rene I consider a user "real" if they have 200 rep on the site. This is when they begin to be tracked in rep leagues. Modified your query with this condition, with an interesting result: the percentages went up, often to near 100%. Rus, MathOverflow, and Sound are the only sites with < 50% SO overlap by this measure. All three are imports.

Yes, that's basically how they describe themselves, too: the world's largest programming community is growing. The absolute number of site users with 200+ rep is sometimes really small, with 12 sites under 100 users.
