@Shog9 you should totally sharing experiences with wildlife here - I have seen & heard multiple instance of kookaburras waiting for the BBQed meat to be at the right temperature, then swooping down and stealing steak/sausage right before people putting them into their mouths ... because you totally need to time it and make people to wait for 20 -30 minutes, seeing and smelling the tender meat on the stove and have the crave before robbing them the food.

Know your target audience. Which is certainly not the kind of people that will respond to this poll. The leads are kinda obvious, anybody with a newish account. Biggest problem you have to solve is that you got a lot of junk data right now, a user that created his 10th account is not your target. Fix that first, ditch OpenID. @Quill to be perfectly honest, if I didn't work here I would block all that stuff. It adds a lot of annoying delays, especially when your connection is flaky. Still, the bulk of the page - the content, minimal scripts for vote/edit/moderate - is loaded very quickly.
