@hichris123 Huh? What's wrong with fingernails?
> I tend to keep my nails trimmed pretty short
o_0 that defeats their purpose…
Other options: teeth, toe nails, corners of walls, corners of furniture, basically anything made out of plastic or metal, the ground, basically anything if you're determined enough.

@bjb568 Maybe for cats it's okay to claw people, but in the human species, it's common courtesy to not scratch each other.
teeth? You're going to try to bite a lottery ticket?

that's how you know whether it's good

I grow my nails for myself - scratching me when I am itching. Why would my hand grow things for scratching other people? :p

@Shog9 Hmm, but then how do you figure out which squares are the winning ones?
(it might be a good card, but which squares do you scratch off?)

Been reading the comment on the Mighty site after latest delay announcement. Seem Inafune really did it this time.
As for me, I am moving the money to something else.
(never been so happy to have missed a kickstarter before)

@MikeEdenfield I just closed the tab a while ago. :/ cc @Derpy

@Derpy I heard about that; as I understand it, he got a kickstarter for a single-player side-scroller mega-man style game, make a few million in kickstarter funding, and now is delaying the release because multi-player support is broken?

Ooh
Now after 6 flags the post gets replaced by a box telling you it's no longer viewable

I loved 6 flags as a kid.

@MikeEdenfield to be more precise - the game is now delayed for the fourth time

12:59 PM
why not just play mega-man again?

the third time, the backers discovered the delay because online shops like amazon shifted the release date. They contacted the company and for a while they even didn't acknowledge the delay, saying amazon was lying.
You can understand that some of the backers are now a little angry.
After all, they have been waiting for 2.5 years.
For a 2d game that they built using ... a 3d game engine for some reason.
Oh well, I can move the preorder to the Odin Sphere port now.

yeah i was reading the comments. also, something about taking the kickstarter money and selling the game anyway?
sounds like another Daikatana situation.. just because this guy made a really awesome video game once doesn't mean every thing spits out will be gold.

@MikeEdenfield that was another shady thing. From what I gathered, at a point, soon after the 2 or 3 delay, the company pulled out another kickstarter for another game
it was called Red Ash, and was a sort of Megaman Legend spiritual successor.
As you can expect, the kickstarter was failing horribly - people wanted them to finish the delayed game before starting a new one.

I'm always reluctant to fund kickstarters anymore; too many companies figured out how to use it as "free venture capital for big corporations" instead of "crowd-funded support for struggling developes"

still, it got some backers. Now, if the funding failed, those should get the money back, right? Well... at the last minute, a chinese company showed up and funded the missing part of the kickstarter.
sound like a punch in the face? Basically, now the kickstarter wouldn't be refunded, because someone pushed it forward as it was failing. Problem is, now people are thinking that the chinese company was a fake one, created so that the funding would not fail and they could keep the money.
