@Doorknob Deberías leer esto.

No tendrás problema. :)
En realidad hay sólo siete que se usan, más otro siete que son tiempos compuestos y por eso nada nuevo.

@Andy Should I be serious about pining?

Would you like a random ping for a question you aren't involved in?
Random pinging is highly discouraged

@Andy Sorry, I think If I get helpful reply/answer
btw, can I ping to you? >> any idea about chat.meta.stackexchange.com/transcript/message/4318716#4318716 ? @Andy

Just an FYI, every time you edit a message with a ping in it, it sends out a new alert.

I knew it.

5:19 AM
What is your question about that error message? It is telling you that you can only create a total of 5 example questions and that you have already done so.

I want to know the criteria for inactivity. (If proposals are inactive for specified time then it will be closed But I don't know that time duration)

> If a proposal loses momentum, it may be re-evaluated or merged with similar proposals. Inactive proposals that do not receive any activity for one month may be deleted. Deleted proposals can be re-proposed anew by users with renewed energy and, hopefully, better resources to bring it to commitment.

Thanks

Added Reference.
I want to share a useful link of wikipedia:
In SGML, HTML and XML documents, the logical constructs known as character data and attribute values consist of sequences of characters, in which each character can manifest directly (representing itself), or can be represented by a series of characters called a character reference, of which there are two types: a numeric character reference and a character entity reference. This article lists the character entity references that are valid in HTML and XML documents. A character entity reference refers to the content of a named entity. An entity declaration is created by using the <!ENTITY name...

@Pandya locked means nobody can vote the post (up or down) or edit. There is also historical lock, which in addition to those two prevents even flagging. You also can't post comments on locked posts. Protected just means that to post new answer, one needs at least 11 reputation, without association bonus. No restriction on votes or edits.

Is the cache stale? i.stack.imgur.com/PYlnP.png
Or is an old server back in rotation? Or did CF screw up?
Anyone else seeing featured meta posts on SO main that are not featured at all?

I see the same three meta posts.

but those MSO posts aren't tagged featured

But only the election result doesn't have a "featured" tag.

Maybe they are fiddling with the cache to prep for HATS!

It only seems to affect SO.

@balpha sorry to ping you but is the team aware of this?

@rene I would say that there's at least one cache tier slate, since the same happens on mso sans MSE featured

That seems an explanation, yes
