A: Add sortable columns to Data Explorer's query results

I added support for this for tables with <= 5000 results (as a quick n' dirty way to handle IE's less-than-optimal performance here), pending a pull and redeploy of Data Explorer. The sorting is very basic and single-column to start with, but if more advanced use cases come up it could be expand...

When more than 5000 results, no sort.

maybe SE should start investigating offloading its infrastructure to AWS or something (y'know, when something fails it'll automatically fail over, in fact I'm surprised SE doesn't have a failover DB server for backup)

this's persuaded me set up database replication with failover within the code (so if db connection fails, it automatically falls back to the other db)

@IlmariKaronen nah, since the replication will be cold (i.e, regular replication every few hours, avoiding whatever caused the db to fail). would mean that some recent stuff might not be there, but at least i'd be better than a total db failure
