I was doing some work for a local college (which is about age 16-18 so bit different to US I think) a while back and one of the teachers was telling me there's no such thing as failing any more, the worst result you can get is something like "repeat recommended".

I replicated the problem with other sites.

@ShadowWizard IE seem to store cookie in at leas three different places. None seem to be cleaned up when I either log-off or clean the temp files from the IE interface (yes, I included cookies)

CCleaner had no problem at all.

..... Firefox had neither.

Answers should answer the question. Related things that don't should be converted to comment if it fits and is helpful, else delete.

"You can't do that by <what OP is using and says doesn't work and is what prompted the question>" in no way even attempts to answer the question — not that an attempt to answer a question makes something not VLQ/NAA.

The OP seems to state "Hey, this is what I'm trying. It doesn't work and I don't know why". And the answer says "It doesn't work because it fundamentally can't work". Granted, he does not provide a solution, but to state he doesn't address the problem is a bit too much for me.
