Q: Link in user actions for editing a teams page is borked

On the activity > actions > posts tab on a user profile, a SO teams page is counted as a "wiki", and apparently treated like a question. The link to the post is broken, linking to /questions/... instead of /teams/... The text "wiki" should also probably be changed to "team page".

@Ϻ.Λ.Ʀ. Yeah. If anything, being a mod makes it harder, not easier, to engage at the level he's talking about. My experience on ebooks has been that it's harder to contribute in certain ways once you have the diamond because so many actions have greater weight.

Can't seem to link, Martijn Pieters comment is under Wooble's nomination.

Anyway, I think Martijn hits the nail on the head there.
