Does anyone in here have an opinion of internet filtering in public schools that they'd be willing to share in the form of an interview within a chat room?
Thanks to all who participated – I got a 54/56 on the project that that was a component of.

12:23 AM
What project?

I'm amazed that my teacher accepted you all as a reputable source...

Apr 20 at 19:50, by AstroCB
@Andy I'm compiling a list of sources for a school project from which a person can take information and synthesize an argument; one of those sources is an interview.

user259867
@AstroCB How did you cite the transcript?

@Yes You just triggered an endless ping with that edit.

we too, @AstroCB, we too

This interview was conducted between members of Stack Overflow, a site for programmers. The interviewees all have experience with web software and development, and they are quite familiar with the online tools used for filtering. While their pseudonymous identities may seem to detract from their credibility, a quick glance at the content they have published on the site will quickly dismiss

@James Ooh, I want a spherical chicken! How do I sign up?

I have returned.

All you have to do is immediately jump off the Empire State Building, and land in Scotland and your Spherical cow will be posted by first class IPvCP mail

@James OK.

It's at times like this, I wonder how I come up with this random crap

IT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING

closes both portals and lands safely on friend's mattress
@James There. I did what you said. Problem?

@ASCIIThenANSI You will have one Spherical cow to you by first class carrier pigeon
It might take a while, see once we strap the pigeon to the cow, the cow has to wander to you of it's own accord

^ I am, a little. But this headache is painkiller proof. At least over-the-counter. I'm having better luck with things to get rid of sinus pressure. Afrin works great but you can't really use it for a long time. Cold showers have somehow been helping.
But it's easier just to curl up under the covers and cry.

Thumbprint by Eve Merriam

In the heel of my thumb
are whorls, whirls, wheels
in a unique design:
mine alone.
What a treasure to own!
My own flesh, my own feelings.
No other, however grand or base,
can ever contain the same.
My signature,
thumbing the pages of my time.
My universe key,
my singularity.
Impress, implant,
I am myself,
Of all my atom parts I am the sum.
And out of my blood and my brain
I make my own interior weather,
My own sun and rain.
Imprint my mark upon the world,
whatever I shall become.
lolwut?
It's your damn thumb! Get a grip, woman…
