@AvinashRaj I don't think you can, it's not indexed that way. I used SEDE to search for just the fragment "^(.+?)" only found these three, none of which seem to be what you're looking for, so I don't think that post exists.
You also don't have any comments like that.

Hey @Andy; that "noisy comment" automation thing you were talking about; check out data.stackexchange.com/stackoverflow/query/297131/…. Comments that are the same thing twice seem to be prime candidates, at least ones that only consist of a small number of different characters.

New mod candidate
3 hours ago, by AstroCB
It's a tad sad that there are a few candidates whom I've never heard of who barely participate in moderation at all yet have rep way higher than me and are going to end up shoving me and other lower-rep-but-more-active-with-moderation candidates out simply because of that.

@AstroCB Happens every election. People crawl out of the woodwork for a chance at being mod and then when they don't get elected disappear off the planet again

As in answer the question. No it doesn't.

I'm sorry, but nobody who thinks rude comments are okay should have a diamond attached to their name (and those comments by extension). Period.

Rude is subjective. It's rude if you want to see it that way. It could be "firm" or "to the point" or "opinionated" if you want.

Don't you know? If you append a :) to any comment, it immediately makes it ok.
2
Either that or make it look like you're not fluent in English.

Rude is anything that can be interpreted as rude. Being called a "joke" is not something that would make me happy.

@Doorknob It literally is cheating at the election, if you use that script to draw attention to nomination comments that you care about, in a way that other users can not and is not intended.

@SantaClaus likely.

@JeremyBanks not intended... eh.
