The help centers of lang.SO sites look different. pt.stackoverflow.com/help looks good except for some English article titles in the mix. ja.stackoverflow.com/help has some sort of intro article custom-made for the site. And ru.stackoverflow.com/help is mostly non-existent yet.

I think one of the biggest contributors to craptastic questions on SO is the belief that one should wrap one's entire code in a try-catch block and ignore any sort of debugging.
