@Undo Oh haha you should see my math notebook. Not a square inch of paper wasted. Graphs are annoying, but I usually try to use the same grid to graph all the graphic problems in order to conserve space. :P
Actually, some text book companies are trying really hard to move into digital. I know this to be true, a good friend of mine is the media relations director at McGraw-Hill and we were just talking about it.
It's actually pretty cool, they're also doing a lot of work for more personalized learning and trying to move away from a common textbook for the whole class.
Would have made school a heck of a lot cooler 20 years ago.

If you are going to actually study the textbook, I'd recommend against an ebook. Certainly against an ebook that you can only access through the publisher's site which will show you 1/3 of a page at a time on a laptop's screen. It's only good for copying down exercises, not for understanding what's written in the context of other things. If it's a downloadable pdf, maybe.
