Hey, why does it say "You may only load the flag dialog every three seconds." when I flag a post and "You may only attempt to flag this comment every three seconds." when I flag a comment? Why wouldn't the first message work for posts and comments?

@ShadowWizard Off-hand (don't have time to fully look, won't have time for a while, but someone will get to it eventually)... approval isn't necessarily moved to Community. when a user is deleted, their votes go with them, and an edit approval by the OP is probably a vote. that's my off-the-top-of-my-head theory
