Of course, if anybody seems some reasonable improvements, feel free to edit. (In particular, I phrased them in the way that the tag is for questions about automated removal of tags. This is the way I understand the term tag-pruning. If you think that it should include manual removal of tags, go ahead and edit the tag-info.)
