The bottom line of post-bans and creating new accounts has in the past always been "don't try to circumvent bans in that way, it will get you into trouble". Now, disregarding some of the feasibility issues of that statement, that used to be the default answer.

I say, if I can request account deletion when I get banned, and be restricted to one question per week, then why deletion? just they can restrict me and let I have my email and account and other stuffs, anyway that policy was strange to me, but in brief "I want that chance with my current email, can you do that to me " ....

@Bart Around here, there are so many people that speak Pennsylvania German, and everyone calls it 'Dutch', so that's the only thing that comes to mind right now. I forget what real Dutch sounds like
I recently suggested two synonyms for internet-explorer: ie-mobile and pocket-ie. The latter two tags are wiki-less, little used (50 tagged questions, combined), and somewhat defunct. However, it seems not enough users have sufficient score to vote up the synonyms.
Please create the synonyms.

@Ahmad - The negative reaction to your question was in response to you asking how to create a new account. The community strongly rejects working around system safeguards in that manner. Bart's question is asking why we seemingly encourage people to perform these workarounds, if the community has come out against them.
