Okay @Dgrin91. Sticker on your forehead while you make vroom vroom noises. Final offer. — Bart Apr 2 at 9:29
Haha!

How can you tell the difference between a tree and a dog?

@cVplZ trees have real bark, dogs just make noise.

close enough ^
How would Shog know that he met himself from another dimension?

@cVplZ Ok then. : Undo >> Frank
@cVplZ What?

@Frank B.c if they lined up face to face, they'd be in a kissing position.

12:10 AM
@cVplZ Lol man, that's great!

Would anyone like to look at what is now the 41st most important COBOL question (by votes) out of 630? stackoverflow.com/q/26672662/1927206 It's completely atypical for that tag, but is this the sort of rubbish question everyone complains about elsewhere?

@Frank there's no need to ever ping Shog, he sees all
2

@cVplZ I did anyway.

12:29 AM
@BillWoodger eh, someone downvoted all but one answer and upvoted that one. Not terribly uncommon.

It's uncommon for us. There is no technical reason for the downvotes. I know nothing can be done, but it really sticks out as odd for this tag.

user202362
@Frank why would I want to impersonate you?

Even one genuine question upvote is quite rare. Five for "how does GO TO work"? We don't really get answer downvotes, unless someone is wrong.

user202362
@Shog9 would SE get sued for trying to pass bleached donkeys as unicorns?

Sam
@chmod711telkitty In the UK that would breach the Product Descriptions Act.

@chmod711telkitty or passing off a forum as a q&a site?

@chmod711telkitty Because I'm awesome

2:10 AM
Seriously?
Can someone explain to me how the audit system works?

@AstroCB It... doesn't.
Also: digging through tons of revisions in a codebase is not fun. Not fun.

Because I've passed at least 20 audits in the past 2 or 3 weeks, but when I fail one, I'm banned.
How does this have 25 upvotes?

@AstroCB What's so bad about it?

@hichris123 It's quite simplistic: I just don't see how it ended up with 25 upvotes.

@AstroCB It's a real problem though + fixes stuff.

2:16 AM
@hichris123 What I'm saying is that it's a bad audit.

@AstroCB I don't see how it's a bad audit -- it just needed an edit. It was an answer to the question though. And it solved the problem.

And I shouldn't have failed for trying to edit out a "This works for me."
Also, it's less about that post, but rather the fact that I can pass ~20 audits over the course of 3 weeks and be banned for failing one.

2:38 AM
@justabrickinthewall Yeah, lesson learnt, I should stop helping users. They start trolling and put the blame on me :P

user259867
That's how it works. BTW I can't go back to previous usernames: they are already taken (Care Bear, Weapon of Choice). Someone is watching my activity and recycling usernames as soon as I change them. This has been going on for a few months... </paranoia>

Or, I should also start changing my name very frequently, so that they will get confused too and wouldn't know whom to blame :D
Yeah, silly users. Thankfully, you aren't paranoid ;)

user259867
Exactly. Now that I know I'm being watched, I can relax: I'm not being paranoid.

Good. Is babaji taken as well?

@InfiniteRecursion yup

2:46 AM
Ohh, keep names like @cVplZ, he changes names frequently but no one on SO takes his older names

@justabrickinthewall huh? Names don't get taken -- we have unique ids for that. There's a ton of Chris's, John's...

user259867
Yes, I know two users can share display name. But I don't want to share. (Actually, I don't see any baba ji on Math, this was a short-lived name after all.)

@justabrickinthewall Quite selfish of you. ;)

since his name is unique (in a sense) he doesn't care

user259867
cVplZ <- Vote to Close <- LowerClassOverflowian, was there anything else?

@JasonC simple: I want more folks like me on SO. Or, perhaps not so much like me as like you. Maybe like @hichris123. Whatever; the point is, folks with many, many negative qualities who are none the less able to find answers to their questions without actually asking them most of the time and able to ask reasonable questions on those rare occasions when they can't find the answer.

@Shog9: did the new deletion criteria get implemented?

Q: What should the system be deleting automatically that it already isn't?
