I'm a pretty heavy downvoter, and I'd guess I rarely use more than 10-15 a day. And maybe 5 close votes on a busy day. Never hit a limit on either. And I use a flag maybe once a week. For java.util.Date is library fmt, for joda time libraries are libraries too, but for java 8 time api I don't found any way format it except do it in controller and add all formated dates to list, but this way isn't convenient, it there any way format LocalDateTime in jsp page?
