I noticed that the posts of the recent spam surge on AskUbuntu were all edited by community members into something like
EDITED - REMOVED SPAM ANSWER
or similar.
While I understand why the users have done this and I too don't want to leave the spam content visible for longer than absolutely...

While I get the excitement and everything, the color scheme of this site is quite harsh on the eyes. The white background of the page coupled with the very bright blue header is making it fairly uncomfortable to read the text, specially on the home page (where the text is also a shade of blue).
