Hmm. If I comment on a question, and @alert a user who answered the question but doesn't have a comment on the question does that user get notified of the comment?

Say you want a shared border between two widgets in Windows. You have to make a splitter from scratch. I can't believe something so simple can be that hard.

And you have to use an extra window as a container. So for an editor you end up with dozens of windows whos only task is to contain other windows.

I can't use Qt, because it does't support OpenGL 3.3 or 4-way splitters.

Feature request: batch starring
