@AndreascondemnsIsrael eh, it could be either.
Sure TPTB in Iran is crazy and hates protesters, but it could just as well be "hijab saviors" capitalizing on the opportunity to vent self-righteously.
Only people close to that woman would know for sure.

@M.A.R. how close?
Enough?
Ah good ol free peach

hm
meta.stackexchange.com/questions/403885/… little confused by the bounty on this
@JourneymanGeek the bounty message is very clear when in context of the vandalism here. Frustrated user. I'll flag to have the bounty revoked.
@Tinkeringbell A little curious why you cleared the pending delete vote on meta.stackexchange.com/posts/403921/revisions
@ShadowWizard Now we know why
@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog it has useful answer, why delete it?
We should not delete all closed questions, it is wrong. Especially with duplicates, which are on topic.
@ShadowWizard I mean, I guess but why my question, and is the reputation going to /dev/null ?
Cause I definately don't want it :D
ah nice, what a mess
@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog it was also clear before that.
09:29
@ShadowWizard It's a non-useful duplicate - it doesn't contain additional search terms that would help find the target. There's a reason why the system allows high-rep users to vote to delete answered questions - because they're evaluating the usefulness of the question. The answer author can repost their answer on the target if it gets deleted, or request that the posts be merged.
@JourneymanGeek the OP doesn't care about it, that's why such bounties are invalid.
@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog well, I disagree, but not a mod. Just my likely reasoning why mods don't want it deleted.
10:08
@Sonic well, this is example for a closed question with answer, that should be deleted, IMO.
@ShadowWizard I feel like it is a perfect teaching moment, if one wishes to learn
11:03
@JourneymanGeek but I think it's quite obvious at this point, at least for me, that this one does not wish to learn. Their mind is set, decision is final.
Which is why I posted a comment, not an answer, and on further contemplation a delete vote :D
heh
Gone along with all the user's rep, though it will be likely re-calculated soon.
11:59
New user barge and post several "free tools" link only "answers" - that can't really be legit.
@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog we didn't mean to but fingers slipped and accidents happened.
If mod agree with del vote, the mod can just, well, delete?
@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog fat-fingered the wrong button while trying to decline a flag on mobile. I did message the OP to let them know that accidentally marked their flag helpful and that they shouldn't flag posts for deletion.
@ShadowWizard we know what we can and can't do. Thanks for reminding us.
12:16
@rene you know what I mean. I think? If the mod wrongly cleared delete vote, it means they agree with the deletion, otherwise it won't be "wrongly". So why not delete it?
Unless I miss something, which is always an option.
@ShadowWizard or they wrongly delete voted
and we can't 'just' clear a delete vote
@JourneymanGeek ah, from Sonic's initial message here I thought the delete vote was his, and he was wondering why mods cleared it.
well yes. Someone flagged to delete too tho :D
and undeletion is all or nothing
let's blame modding on mobile and move on.
!!/blame modding on mobile
Nice. OK, moving on! :D
12:27
Oops. What’d I do?
I don’t do modding on mobile.
@ElementsInSpace invented mobile, of course, hence causing a mod to do something in error. :D
@ElementsInSpace You know what you did.
DO NOT DENY DOING THE THING YOU DID
@JourneymanGeek last summer.
It dosen't matter when it was done
It was probably an accident
12:31
@ElementsInSpace heh, reminds me of a movie I watched recently... (on TV)
Beautiful Disaster is a 2023 American romantic comedy drama film directed and written by Roger Kumble. Based on Jamie McGuire's 2011 novel, the film follows Abby, a college freshman, in hopes to reinvent herself while trying to resist her attraction to bad boy, Travis. The film was released in theaters on April 12, 2023, and was released digitally on May 2, 2023. A sequel, Beautiful Wedding was released in theaters on January 24, 2024. == Plot == Abby Abernathy, groomed from a young age by her father to excel at cards, leaves her home in Las Vegas in hopes of reinventing herself in college. She...
I saw that post and I thought skip. Or whatever you are all talking about.
@ElementsInSpace skip indeed! :)
I think I’ll skip that film as well. The plot summary doesn’t interest me, and the reviews are not good.
12:56
@ElementsInSpace @Sha is hopeless when it comes to consuming the junk food equivalent of movies
@ShadowWizard no more than 10 feet
@ShadowWizard omg cringe alert
My face withdrew on itself after seeing that poster
That's not junk food, it's bloody polonium tea
@JourneymanGeek friendly reminder that frees peach doesn't mean you can go around and say anything you like without repercussions
There's frees peach, and there's protecteds peach.
eats a peach without repercussions
Protected peach is a peach tree with a fence around it
@M.A.R. feet or foot?
@ShadowWizard foots
@M.A.R. add an "s" and you get something much worse!
@M.A.R. foods!
@M.A.R. spoiler: the bad boy isn't bad at all.
13:12
@ShadowWizard goods
:P
But yeah, the movie was so bizarre at some points that even I considered to click the stop button. :D
More like, ridiculous.
Your penalty is watching 2001 ten times over
Or Blade Runner's Director's Boringly Extended Cut
We have to recalibrate your movie taste buds or it's going to get worse
@M.A.R. hehe, mission impossible is easy compared to this. :D
13:38
@M.A.R. Ooh, I see you're trying to offend people today :D
I mean, what's the best cut, the studio-meddling voice over cut? :D
14:11
But if you run on a blade, you should expect to be, well, cut.
