That OP is... odd, they post very low quality content, and sometimes I suspect it's on purpose.

@Journeyman are you aware of changes in question ban thresholds on MSE? I see several users with LOTS of very low scored questions, who can still ask. I'm 100% sure such users got question ban in the past.

If you're not aware of changes made on purpose, I'll post a bug report.

Most likely the question ban is broken on MSE.

@JourneymanGeek well 10 questions with -10 and less for each is far, but really far from "easier", it's beyond ridiculous. I'll submit bug report soon.

@JourneymanGeek nothing to investigate, it's the one I mentioned earlier today. They have many deleted questions as well with very low score.

@ShadowTheSpringWizard I can remember one particular user who posted ~8 or so questions, all closed/very negatively scored, suspended a couple times for Low Quality contribs, and it was only on their 9th or so very lowly-scored question that they finally earned themselves a question ban. Obviously this is no metric to actually gauge the formula off of, but MSE's qban formula is quite relaxed
