meta.stackexchange.com/posts/386167/revisions @Sha I think the context of "who is this" is useful

@Mithical I don't care who it is, signatures are NOT allowed in SE, period.
Feel free to rollback I won't start edit war, but that's my opinion and it would be very upsetting that some people are allowed to have signatures just because they're "hot shot".
Based on your logic SE staff also should add signatures because the "who is this" is useful in all their answers.
And no, that is wrong too.

@ShadowWizardChasingStars They have the staff flag.

@Mithical well the author of the answer says who he is in the beginning of the answer, that's just enough. Really no need for his full resume and projects. Good for him, really awesome, but it's just noise, like any signature.

I'll poke at it later if I remember, to make it less of a signature and more integrated

(or nonsense details people sometimes add, like what they wear or what they ate today.)

@ShadowWizardChasingStars I agree that the full signature was a bit much. However, his real name is useful for people to verify that he really is the expert he claims to be. Also, that signature mentioned that he's the author of the APCA accessibility software that he linked to. So now his answer links to his own product without proper attribution. You turned him into a spammer! ;)

Maybe fit in that info not as a signature?

Sure. But I'll let Mith (or someone else) do it, since I don't have edit privs.

I've done it
@ShadowWizardChasingStars in this case its a SME referring to a standard that they wrote

Thanks. There's also a typo that needs fixing, but I guess the author needs to verify it.

@JourneymanGeek yeah your edit is fine, that's not a signature only details, which appears indeed relevant, and in the right place this time.

1:04 PM
@ShadowWizardChasingStars I'd be embarrassed if it wasn't :D

@JourneymanGeek actually
You were missing a full stop.
:D
:(
@Eleeza how many driving classes you still got before your driving exam?

@ShadowWizardChasingStars Not sure yet, I've just had my second lesson yesterday...
Went a whole...28 miles an hour on a main road

@EleezatheOtherWorldWizard oh wow, this brings back old memories for me too... ;)
@EleezatheOtherWorldWizard well surely you'll drive well soon, and would be able to teach the teacher. :P

@ShadowWizardChasingStars Hahah, for now I'm just enjoying the novelty of starting to drive
