Can I flag a mod for a question to intervene in a question that has answers comments but has 3 vote to close ? 2 votes are for another question that has -22 votes but a good answer the other vote is for opinion based question. Can the mod be like the middle person?

Are there any hold out here for the old mobile view? I tried it yesterday and it seems more compact and lots of information. Everything is right there. You can follow convos easier.
