Ehh.. I know yours had a flag... and the rest didn't? :P I'll ask around, either we clean up all the answers there or we reinstate yours but you're right that yours isn't any different from the still existing ones.

It seems to me that all the answers are basically “yes, here are some per-site reasons we need this feature”.
