Essentially the gnu project (which provides a lot of the tools used in linux systems) was started by him, and they've done a lot of good work

(and there's one of the fun things isn't it, they do good work but balancing that out between... uh... views from folks leading the community being unconscionable)

It appears that they both mixed up their sites and posted an answer as a question on SO, where they've been a member for several years.

@user400654 I was lucky (?) that day one Samsung had a heavy duty case, that only cost a kidney. It is super excellent and about as thin as it could be, yet drop-proof; and waterproof, because the phone already is. --- Really doesn't add any size to the phone, when in your pocket, unfortunately you have to peel it off to get the XR Goggles on. --- The lip protection is great as that prevents scratching when facedown.
