I've just noticed that you can find all of linked questions even if the original post was deleted: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/linked/312415 (I am below 10k on this site, so I do not see the deleted post.)

Regarding deleted post, favorited "deleted question" is always public on user's profile

@Somewhat I might be wrong, but IIRC it will only displayed to users who can see it. (I.e., if somebody favorites a question and it is deleted - I see it among favorites if I have 10k+ on that site, otherwise it is missing from the list.)

I am not sure whether this is documented somewhere, but we can make a test.

Into my favorites on Meta Mathematics math.meta.stackexchange.com/users/8297/… I have just added "Test - self-deleted questions shown among votes". I have 10k+ there, so I see it. But when I the same link in incognito window it is no longer displayed.

The OP has right to see their deleted question (provided they have link) on any site, regardless of the reputation. I do not know whether or not I would see my own deleted questions in my favorites on a site where I am below 10k.

Oh, I know where I can test this. On my favorites on Meta MathOverflow meta.mathoverflow.net/users/8250/martin-sleziak?tab=favorites I do not see my own question Does MO have an official twitter account? However, I have favorited it.

Because most often, they're off-topic, deleted questions..

I got 10k on SE because at the time I could see a question in my favs and couldn't read it....

(they fixed that and let you see all your deleted posts ... before I hit 10k)

I am not really sure how it is supposed to work, so I do not know which behavior should be considered "bug" and which should be considered as "fixed". :-)

Or maybe it is just another MO-specific bug. (Some stuff did not really work after moving that site to the SE network - perhaps it has something to do with the fact that it does not end with stackexchange.com. Although I cannot recall exactly some bugs of this type from the top of my head.)

Fair enough. It depends on your definition of "ages".

I agree that this being MO specific is less likely - still that site is different in that it was not created within network bug migrated from elsewhere and it is possible that some more obscure bugs were not all caught - even in five years.

Yes, at the time when MO was being migrated, the old site still used SE 1.0.

TBH I do not know all the details.

I visited MO before migration, but I was not very active - and definitely not that active in meta discussions. (After joining I started to participate on meta - I was able to answer some questions since I knew other sites which operated on SE 2.0. And - as we all know - metas are rather addictive.

keep your nose clean so you don't breathe through the mouth while sleeping (which dries out the membranes & causes them to be more likely to become inflamed) and take fever reducing OTC meds before sleeping

and lots of water
