Horribad questions tend to have formatting problems and language problems. Edits, in particular suggested ones, tend to fix those. Which doesn't make the case for reopening.
So... If the editor has less than 3k, don't assume they fixed the core issue
And if they have that, they can vote to reopen

The short URL actually points to Google... What kind of a game is that?
posting things on a public chat on the internet is the best way to keep a secret, not sms, not email, not phone call
Telkitty's theorem of internet secrets - internet secrets are best kept on the internet, unless you want to lose or forget a secret, then you want to keep it private
it's all about statistics

Because the user have only 44 rep
@rene 1) I always followed a common theme, so it was easy finding out. 2) I haven't changed names since, since like cavemen times! 3) my name changes were better than changing "rene" to "rene"
and I spend some time on the page and never saw a 1 answer notification
4) . . .

@M.A.R. you get a star for noticing my name change ... ;)

There are countless programming languages, each with its own personality and quirks, benefits, and drawbacks. The same way a painter needs a variety of brushes, an archaeologist needs shovels and chisels of different shapes and sizes, a coder needs an arsenal of programming languages at their disposal.

Ruby is a unique language in that it’s both beginner-friendly and advanced in its capabilities. Ruby was actually designed to be fun—and to build games. It reads like English, which makes it accessible to brand-new coders, and it handles most of the complex details behind the scenes, making it comparatively simple to build something from scratch with fewer lines of code. …

Protected status is an often-overlooked feature of Stack Exchange. It’s based loosely on Wikipedia’s semi-protection, and like that tool is meant to be a reaction to persistent abuse from anonymous or unproven participants: when a page attracts a lot of noise or vandalism from outside the community, Protecting it reduces the amount of clean-up needed later on.

Protected questions are not answerable by folks who haven’t earned at least 10 reputation from activity on the site where the question resides. This effectively means you need to have posted an answer somewhere else that’s attracted an up-vote or a question that’s earned two. …

So neat.

I tried to make an offer for 1$ but system not accepting it :(
Someone bought it long ago and now just wait for the money to flow...
Bought it for $10 or so, and will sell it for at least $200 - easy money.
There are people doing millions from this business.
9:21 AM
@ShaWizDowArd yes. I read a news that someone bought a domain with the name of max chan (Mark's daughter) and then sold it to Mark later
someone stole my domain name (telkitty.com) and tries to sell it back to me for $350
@ShaWizDowArd I think one guy got pizza.com early and sold it for a ridiculous amount
what is #?
new currency?
@Telkitty cheap! But how did he steal it to begin with?
@i-- #1 = $1000000
I owned and paid for the domain for 10 years, first 8 under my name. Then the services provider for my domain decided to register under his name. A week ago, I received an email asking me whether I would be interested to buy it back for $350

the next semicolon separated values string I will have to write....
S;o; ;s;a;d
@i-- no sure what you mean... what is this?
Some site/software? Guess we can visit/download those too, yeah.
@ShaWizDowArd did you get torrents of movies on the same day they have released?
Israel doesn't block sites or programs. (yet)
but Indian government do
@i-- I'm not looking for those, not on daily basis anyway
@i-- too bad... in Israel they started the process to ban porn, but that's about it for now.
11:43 AM
in India, if they blocked the site tamilrockers.com
on the very next day, they started to serve with tamilrockers.se
"ban" as in one would be required to send a special form to their ISP to allow access to porn sites. I assume very few people will actually do it.
and when the government block one domain, they will create a new domain and continue providing things
it includes tamilrockers cc nz la and so on
now .nz is the working one
@ShaWizDowArd use TOR
.se is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Sweden (Sverige). The top domain is operated by Internetstiftelsen i Sverige (The Internet Foundation, formerly the Internet Infrastructure Foundation, and formerly branded as .SE), but domains must be registered through one of the approved registrars. Internetstiftelsen i Sverige is managed on the basis of its charter of foundation and its statutes. The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors, whose decisions are executed by the executive management. == Pre 2003 system == Prior to April 2003, the rules governing domains under...
@i-- no
@ShaWizDowArd what's the issue with TOR
@i-- I just... don't like it.
Especially the concept.
11:56 AM
but that's safe
Jio is going to announce their new phone in 10 minutes. Due to traffic, their serve is down

Can I retract a delete vote on a post?
They don't age, right?
@ShaWizDowArd ^
@rene can't you just confirm it?
I think they don't age, but I don't think you can retract them
I don't have an option to retract, clicking it again doesn't help :(
@M.A.R. it's a tool, it can't be bad. It's like saying guns are bad. Those who use it in order to to bad things are bad. :)
@Sha is bad.

12:22 PM
@rene well, reopen votes are unretractable, so it's safe to think only VTCs are retractable
CV's are not retractable sometimes.
@rene true, they stick forever
(unless of course a mod deletes then undeletes)
> people post all kind of funny things in the Tavern on the Meta.
@ShaWizDowArd OK, thx
@i-- when? They should always be.

Q: Why don't delete votes expire?

PopopoAccording to this question, reopen-votes have an expiry time (4 days) whenever the post has more than 100 viewers. However, another fact is that delete votes never expire, and only 3 such votes are required for deletion. Reopening requires 5 votes however. So it is far easier for a closed questi...

@ShaWizDowArd then there is a bug

Had a slim hope that since he's member for years on SO he'll understand what I ask.

@AwesomePoodles Well, yes... in that SEDE doesn't support facebook login... like the rest of the network.
I currently can't login via Stack Exchange, either. Can you try that?
@AwesomePoodles Works for me.
@JonEricson Thanks. Troubleshooting more...
