I have been trying to lose the flab by bushwalking carrying my own food for nearly a week at a time. I am amazed at how little food I need every day. I lost no weight whatsoever after a week traveling 80km-100km of scenic places.

Of course I didn't have to worry about water because I had guides and they planned the trips out to ensure where we camp there were always water.

essentially, being able to focus on your work is a bad idea because if you don't know what you're doing you might end up building something useless

by the same token, I expect I should walk more and drive less - I'd get lost more slowly

(and, probably lose some weight)

Found a strange dialog box in an old version of visual studio (2012 web). It prevented the solution from loading. Looked around at all sorts of crazy solutions. Found the hotfix page and this is what it said to do.
Workaround: To work around this issue, click OK when the dialog box appears after you either create a new project or open an existing Web Site Project or Windows Azure project. After you do this, the project works as expected.

lol that has to be the easiest workaround I have ever had to implement
