@Telkitty 10 yes, 20 not. I bought a pair in Italy when I was 21... had to throw them away something like 5 years ago, so 12 years for me. And I used them rarely, not often.

I personally think it's a good think to have dedicated chats for specific topics since it's a way to group people that interested in the same stuff so that to share new ideas. Eventually, it's also a way to help in real-time newbies.

@nbro as for newbies not really, as most won't have 20 rep thus can't chat.
