Q: Include questions from Meta SE in the "Hot Network Questions." (Or in the Community Bulletin network-wide)

FiksdalI've never seen a question from Meta included in the "Hot Network Questions." I'm talking about the site I'm posting this very question to, not site-specific Metas. If Meta SE is currently excluded, then I suggest that it should be included. (Edit: Or Patrick's suggestion in his answer, which ...

Last time I remember, I asked (here? but I couldn't find) if I should suggest some active users on regular sites to participate in/read MSE, but I believed I got 'no' for the answer.
I forgot the reason though (or there's no reason)

user315433
Meh. They don't have a reason to, and being asked to do something without a reason is annoying.

Agree, and I thought it's similar to the proposal there. But apparently it's different.

@Bookend tragic love stories, I could think of so many ... 1) a 14 yo & 15 yo fell in love at the first sight (filling in the romantic details here), then the 14 yo died in the sleep of old age the next morning because 14 yo was a cat, so was the 15 yo 2) a princess fell deeply and madly in love with a guy (filling in the romantic details here), then one day she found out that she lived in a simulation with only 17 other real people in the simulation. The guy was only part of the simulation.

@rene men care much more about their hair than women, in my opinion when it comes to damage. They spend billions of dollars all over the world to avoid becoming bald.... :D

One does not simply take care of his mane.

?
oh wait...

The mane is the hair that grows from the top of the neck of a horse or other equine, reaching from the poll to the withers, and includes the forelock or foretop. It is thicker and coarser than the rest of the horse's coat, and naturally grows to roughly cover the neck. Heredity plays a role, giving some horses a longer, thicker mane, and others a shorter, thinner one. Some horses, such as those used in circuses or in mounted displays such as Cavalia, have manes allowed to grow down to their knees. Others have their manes deliberately shaved completely off for style or practical purposes. Wh...

Any folks around who can clarify what the deal is with this bounty?

@E.P. it is a NULL bounty ... ?
@E.P. based on SEDE I would say it was started but never awarded.
Bountyamount is null. The timeline does have the event though: mathoverflow.net/posts/959/timeline
Maybe some UI quirck/bug in 2009 allowed you to start a bounty for no rep?
Could also be that MathOverflow had/has different bounty rules.
seems to be happening more often based on the second resultset in the SEDE query

@rene I suspect it's to do with the MO migration to SE 2.0

1:00 PM
If votetypeid =9 and bountyamount is null it means there was no bounty winner. Votettypeid = 8 with a null value is strange and could indeed be an migration effect.

No meta post about that issue yet.

All bounties on DevDoodle are non-null.

And non-awardable.

user315433
SE 1.0 rules for bounties were messed up... Bounty award was tied to accepting an answer. If a bounty was not successful, one couldn't ever accept an answer to that question. (Or start another bounty on it). There were also bounties of 550 points. I imagine migrating all that was difficult.

user315433
