@M.A.R. Pushing answers "with irrelevant or lackluster" content doesn't really seem just "disagreement". The way I read that is that there are communities with mods that are known for promoting irrelevant or bad content for their own reason - and probably gain. So, again, if I am reading that right, I am pretty serious in asking why those "known users" are still there making damage

The user profile pages are not crawled by search engines.

I'm not sure why this gets so much negative reception. Site recommendation questions are on-topic and asking questions about dubious practices can be helpful if you're in the market for developing counter measures.
