I recall a case where a downvoter was revealed by the OP because they deleted their post and then watched the reputation of the downvoter to see if it changed. My search on meta did return a lot of hits on downvoting but the none included the scenario I was looking for. Anyone with better memory know some keywords/search terms I should have used? Or maybe have a link to the post I vaguely remember

Q: When should battery covers be secured with screws?

On lots of electronic devices with replaceable batteries, the battery cover is secured by a screw. I undetstand that it may be necessary to protect against child access to the battery bay, but using a screw necessitates the use of a screwdriver to open the battery cover, which can be inconvenien...
