@1999 If you don't think they're getting closed and deleted fast enough, leave a custom flag stating that these match the pattern of the Easy Data Feed spammers. I know I've mentioned it in the SO mod chatroom. A spam flag might not make it clear to everyone, but these questions are universally terrible, so if you indicate that I said to look out for them they should know what's up and be able to delete these.
I destroyed five spam accounts based on the one question you linked above, for example.
If you don't feel strongly enough about it, almost all of these obviously needed close votes anyways. Lot of pure trash in there.

user259867
Okay, so I'll dv&closeflag if there is no answer yet, and mod-flag if they succeeded.

Or pinging Shog is like setting a bounty, it costs 50 rep off a random site each time

@1999 Not as far as I can see

@1999 Well I mean you can develop for Kinect, so its technically a developer tool, which would be on-topic I believe.

@James As long as the reputation goes to @Community then I'm OK with it

@SantaClaus it has nothing to do with programming though. it is general usage

My impression is that it's more of a "support" question, that really should be asked specifically of the developers of that thing.

We could just ping shog and ask him if its on topic
Since he is apparently always here and always listening

@TimStone Hmm... seems like I can't find an app that doesn't use the API. I proposed it because it kind of depends what an 'application' is! I've always thought as something like a Chrome Extension as an 'application', and I swear I've seen Chrome extension that simply modifies the look of the site so doesn't use the API... but you're the mod! Your choice I guess :)
@TimStone See this to see what triggered my proposal :)

user259867
@ᔕᖺᘎᕊ To me, a Chrome extension is an analog of userscripts in other browsers. I tagged all my Stack Apps posts with extensions as [script]. Including this one which definitely doesn't use the API.
