As I mentioned almost immediately after, VM264 was a cached .js file of the site which was loaded without its libraries higher order than it already loaded, therefore the first two lines of exception; while the last was just a glorified way of noting that not only was the site giving a feedback page of 503, so was the favicon

Not 100% sure what the issue is, but it looks like ny-web06 may have restarted for some reason, and the Area51 apppool didn't start. However, the stackexchange.com apppool did start, and the LB actually pings that app to decide whether both SE.com and A51 are online. So it thought A51 was online and was trying to send traffic to web06 for it, even though it was actually offline.
Anyway, I just started the apppool on web06 and everything came back.

@JasonC let's agree to disagree then. As it stands, SE official response (via Shog) is "we don't care about suspended users", and I can't really fight this, so @nicael will have to wait for the suspension to be over before reporting new bugs.

I'd rather just see a "if you believe this was closed in error, flag it" direct flag link in the close explanation. Actually, I'd rather just see no changes be made to that system. Won't can always run for mod next election if he's really unsatisfied with the time it's taking for the questions he personally wants to close to be closed.

@LynnCrumbling cc @Sha When a profanity is edited out of a post after Smokey reported it, you don't have to do anyting. fp/ignore is not necessary because Smokey wouldn't catch the post after the edit anyway.
@JasonC cc @Yes, Well, I believe it's better to have all blacklisted sites committed, so it's very easy for someone else to host Smokey. And making a bot commit is less trivial than simply adding terms to a file. Also I vaguely remember that @hichris123 once said that he would not be a fan of doing something like that, but I'm unable to find that message again.
