Or is that on-topic on SO?

What do you think about this edit? stackoverflow.com/review/suggested-edits/7323434

Useless and adds nothing.

rollback-worthy?

Hmm. Well. The title does change the meaning, slightly. But... well.
The edit's recent enough that a rollback won't hurt, I guess. And timeout is a useless tag.

also, the edit comment is awful
rolled back

4:12 PM
Oh yeah.
It's like the user sees a need to have 5 tags exactly, because you can have 5 tags.
Oh. I also noticed that the edit was on a three year old post. Which makes it an atrociously useless edit.

@TravisJ: I wrote an SEDE query to rank questions by their Wilson score, but it looks like you deleted the answer I was going to post it as a comment to. You might still find it interesting, though.
It's slightly skewed because it only considers to top 10,000 questions by normal scoring (up - down), but the top of the list should still be pretty accurate, because you can't really have a very high Wilson score without also scoring pretty well by the usual metric.
I had to add that limit because it was timing out on SO and other large sites otherwise.

A: Why are Rust executables so huge?

ʎǝʞuoɯɹǝqʎɔRust uses static linking to compile its programs, meaning that all libraries required by even the simplest Hello world! program will be compiled into your executable. This also includes the Rust runtime. To force Rust to dynamically link programs, use the command-line arguments -C prefer-dynamic...

@ʎǝʞuoɯɹǝqʎɔ You can just flag the post with a custom flag.

Did that.

@IlmariKaronen I did something similar with anonymous voting. One thing I noticed is that guest users are a bit more free with their downvotes. I think we should consider using Wilson scoring for sorting answers and digging out great questions.

Hi all.

Any of you know about ADHD ??
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD, similar to hyperkinetic disorder in the ICD-10) is a developmental neuropsychiatric disorder in which there are significant problems with executive functions (e.g., attentional control and inhibitory control) that cause attention deficits, hyperactivity, or impulsiveness which is not appropriate for a person's age. These symptoms must begin by age six to twelve and persist for more than six months for a diagnosis to be made. In school-aged individuals inattention symptoms often result in poor school performance. Despite being the most commonly studied...

Is that the new rock band?

@KevinBrown DO you suffer from it ?

@BionicMetauser Not personally, but I've worked with others who did (and were programmers)

Are they irritating to work with ? DO they blurt out often ?

@ProgramFOX Thanks!

@BionicMetauser As you're probably aware, not everyone behaves the same way with ADHD (or ADHD-I). But those who I've worked with weren't really irritating.

@KevinBrown You mean the `

6:39 PM
@Undo It's an SE OpenId account I created earlier.

I was considering a feature request to notify users of tag synonym renames. I found that this has been asked before in 2010 when synonyms were really fresh (meta.stackexchange.com/q/58503/201409) ... while it doesn't have the tag it seems to be at least status-deferred back then. anyway the arguments from then don't seem applicable any more...
should I just post an answer to that request, or rather post a new request based on the current situation?

@Unihedro no

@Woodface Have a quick link to the rules?

@Frank Here's a bookmarklet that shows votes of various kinds on any question (up/down/close/reopen/delete), regardless of your rep.

Why is "view close votes" a privilege, then?

@Woodface k, I'll consider if it's worth the rep ;)

user259867
@Doorknob It's same with up/down votes. You need 1000 rep to see them in the site's UI. But API gives them to anyone.

10:58 PM
@Doorknob Probably the same as the seperated vote-totals one.

Ah, right
