Look, when I read a questionnaire that describes the moderation philosophy, things better be well thot-out and well explained. If you go into tangential points and ramble on about nothing, I won't vote for you.

Moderators need to communicate well the the community. Madara doesn't do that well.

@Doorknob moderators must be held up to the highest standards as they represent the values of the community

So should they be perfect? Certainly.

In all honesty, the questionnaire is 99% unhelpful. Almost no one reads it... I didn't. And it only provides you some ideas on what a candidate'll do... not what they actually do.

It gives you an idea of what they value on the site, how much they understand the site philosophy, and how well they will write meta posts to communicate with the community after being given power.
