A funny thing I realized recently is that if you delete your own post, it shows up in your profile as a delete vote. And it stays there even if you undelete it again. And, presumably, even if the post later gets deleted again.

So if you just made it a habit to always delete and undelete your posts after submitting them, you'd have a permanent list of every post you ever made on SE, even if they later got deleted.

Not that I'm serious suggesting doing this, but... :)
