This user has been editing all of their posts to askwale and similar stuff for a while now. It's gotten to about 30 edits, but they're not being blocked from editing their own posts. It apparently scales with reputation, but the most rep they've ever had is ~15-20 rep. Is this a bug? Or has the ...

I wonder why that is, that most gardeners are in the US, some in the UK, and less from other countries.
