Yes, I'd also call it spam, generally speaking, but the "... with no disclosure" in the spam flag description makes me unsure. Guess cases like this can be considered corner cases where one should not look B/W at it.

There's something odd about that MichaelMackus account. Asked good questions on SO, but hasn't been there since November 2012. His activity on MSO is remarkable compared to that. meta.stackoverflow.com/users/256309/michaelmackus?tab=activity He also posted some silly answer but it's been removed.
@ShadowWizard @SuhosinPony Insanity effects like eternal darkness? Using fake and disappearing questions to confuse people. You see a spam mess, you click it and the text changed, you start to look for edit and dates are in the future....

There was this game, on Android at least, called "Seven" I think (impossible to find now, it's a tough search term), where you had to drag little numbered blobs around to make them add up to 7. That was a good one. Mindless + one click between "game over" and "restart".
They're all essentially the same question, but so inappropriately hyperspecialized, like "Java splitting string with 5 lottery numbers each between 0 and 10 and storing in array"
