When you ask a question, SO has you make the POST to /questions/ask/, then REDIRECTS you to (and makes you GET) /questions/1337/ so that when you REFRESH, you redo the GET /questions/1337/, not the POST /questions/ask/.

If the background was a bit more muted, and the white blocks were slightly less transparent it would likely not be an issue.
