That's more recent though. It's not as short-term as that.

The 'fraud' there is just Jack who created a programfox.tk domain without I wanted, I sent a mail to Dot TK, the domain has been removed and now Jack claims to be in trouble.

Just... General questionable behaviour that isn't entertaining. Some clowns makes up the atmosphere and doesn't become problematic. Jack is failing on both.

@ShadowWizard So Jack gave me temporary hosting on his website, for hosting stuff. And without I knew (and requested), he linked it to a programfox.tk domain. But the hosting has been expired (even months before it should have been expired). So the programfox.tk domain linked to an expired thing which I didn't like. I sent a mail to Dot TK asking to remove the domain.

He could at least have asked to create it or not.

And no, ProgramFOX is not trademarked to me.

It's actually not buying, .tk domains are free.

It's free. There's no buying. There's no trouble incurred. I think he received a mail of feedback of abuse and a warning, like what the specific free domain hander specified in their manual.
